12 Things You Should NEVER Put in the Microwave Oven | Caution when using microwave

Although it has been decades since the microwave is used daily, it remains a mystery for many of us. It can heat a dish in 1 minute but sometimes it also explodes some food … You can do so much in the microwave But we can not put everything we want in the microwave! it is very important to use and handle this appliance with great care and caution. To minimize risk of fire, never attempt to heat articles that are not approved for use in microwave ovens.
There are some things that should not be put in the microwave at the risk that it explodes literally … Fortunately, we have listed for you the 12 things you should never put in the microwave. You will thus be able to use it more serenely (and avoiding an explosion!).
Do not put the paper bags in the microwave. These paper bags are not as innocent as they look! Avoid putting them to heat in your microwave, just like plastic bags and newspapers!. According to a study “they are not healthy and can cause a fire and emit toxic fumes. The intense heat can ignite the bag causing a fire in the microwave”.
2. Yogurt pots
Do not put yogurt pot in the microwave. Plastic containers containing yogurt, margarine, custard … must not be put in the microwave. They are intended for single use (and cold in general), and are not intended to be heated. They do not resist heat and will deform, melt, and release toxic substances into your food.

Do not put eggs in the microwave. Do not be fooled by tips, cook a boiled egg in the microwave.. it does not work! If you try to boil one in the microwave, you will find a huge mess and especially a lot of cleaning to do! Why ? Because the heat quickly produced by the microwave makes a lot of steam in the egg. 4. Styrofoam boxes

5. Grape Fruits
Some fruits may be heat-resistant but most fruits are not resistant to microwaving. The grapes will explode.
6. Dishes with golden edges
Do not put those dishes with gold edges. It’s metal! The metal will react to heat and damage your microwave (and possibly your dish). So pay attention to the dishes your granny gave you 🙂
7. Tomato sauce without lid
Do not put Tomato sauce without lid in microwave. Tomato sauce explodes in the microwave when it is not covered with a lid. the tomato sauce is the enemy no 1. Put a lid! You will simplify the housework.
8. Plastic boxes
Do not put Tupperware type plastic boxes in the microwave! You’ve seen what happens if you heat the plastic. They melt and release toxins into the food.
9. Peppers/ Chilies
Do not put peppers/chilies in the microwave. Nothing will happen to your peppers, except that they still risk catching fire. But when you open the microwave door after heating, they will release a chemical that will sting your eyes and throat. And that’s not great!
10. Thermal cups/mugs
Do not put your thermal cups in the microwave. Most of these cups do not go in the microwave because they are made from stainless steel. Steel will block the spread of heat and can damage your oven.
11. Aluminum foils
Do not put aluminum in the microwave. Do NOT put any metal in the oven! Even the sheet that covers your leftovers should not enter your oven. that could catch fire quickly …
Do not spin the microwave empty. Running the microwave empty is just as dangerous: you could blow everything up! Since there is nothing to absorb the waves (food …), the waves turn in the oven and will eventually return to the sender and destroy it by exploding it.
