Natural Recipes: Raw Vegetable diet – Avocado Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Medium carrot
- 1⁄4 Cup almond (hemp or sesame) Milk
- 1 Tablespoon ginger (finely chopped)
- 1⁄2 Lemon
- 2-4 Drops liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon of raw honey (optional)
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Pure Water
1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix well.
2. Add some purified water or carrot juice should you like a thicker the consistency.
